I'm Having Trouble Signing Into the App.
There are two stages to signing up for the new app. First, you need to check out and create your account on soflete.com. It sounds like you've already done this.
After you do that, you will receive 3 emails:
1 - Your purchase receipt
2 - An email with links to manage your subscriptions and billing prefernces
3 - An email prompting you to create an account on the SOFLETE App. Here is what this email looks like.
Please note that the account for managing your subscription is different from the account for the app. When you receive the email with the subject line "Welcome to the (insert your team) Team". Click on the blue button labeled "Get Started" and that will take you through the sign up process for the application.
