What if I can't fit an entire workout into one session?

While it's not optimal to complete a workout over multiple training sessions, we realize that sometimes life dictates otherwise. 

In the event that you need to split your workout into 2 sessions, the best way to split up the workouts is:

AM Session:
Movement work



Pm Session: 
Strength work 

Movement work
