I'm having trouble signing into the app.

There are two stages to signing up for the new app. First, you need to check out and create your account on soflete.com. It sounds like you've already done this.

After you do that, you will receive 2 emails:

1 - Your purchase confirmation and order number;

2 - An email prompting you to create an account on the SOFLETE App. Here is what this email looks like: 

Complete your on-boarding process online at soflete.com. Don't have a Soflete account? Contact help@soflete.com for assistance. Note: your Soflete account will be different than your training account at train.soflete.com
