How Do I Access A Historic Cycle?

While we expect that most athletes will be doing the most recent Team workout, we also understand that some athletes may have joined mid-cycle, or simply want to complete a historic cycle. We've made this extremely easy to do. 

After you have logged into your account, click on "Program Schedule" in the banner of your Team. This will display both the current and historic cycles. 

Simply choose the cycle you'd like to start, and click on the yellow button labeled "View".

This will take you to Week 1, Day 1 of your selected cycle. Simply click on "Start Workout" to begin. 

Don't worry, the next time you log in, you'll be brought right back to where you left off. No need to select the cycle again, or find your place. 

If you decide that you want to rejoin the Team on the most recent workout instead of continuing with the cycle, the menu will show you (blue text) the most recent Team workout. Simply click and you'll be taken to that workout.
