How do I access a historic cycle?

While we expect that most athletes will be doing the most recent Team workout, we also understand that some athletes may have joined mid-cycle, or simply want to complete a historic cycle. We've made this extremely easy to do. 

After you have logged into your account, click on the team you want to access. This will bring you to the current day's workout. 

In the lower right hand corner, click on "Cycles"

This will take you to a list of historic cycles for that team. Choose your cycle by clicking on it's name or the arrow to the right. 

This will bring up the cycle description. Click on "View Schedule" to proceed. 

Click on 1-1 (Week 1- Day 1) to begin the cycle. 

Don't worry, the next time you log in, you'll be brought right back to where you left off. No need to select the cycle again, or find your place. 

If you decide that you want to rejoin the Team on the most recent workout instead of continuing with the cycle, the menu will show you (blue text) the most recent Team workout. Simply click and you'll be taken to that workout.
