What if I want to cook my own recipes but still have nutritional guidance?

You can use the calorie and macronutrient targets as your goal for daily intake. You can also use the ‘Recipes’ tab to search hundreds of recipes, and treat the nutrition program as your personal cookbook when you need inspiration in the kitchen.
