What is the difference between the daily workouts on social media and the subscription programming?

Our teams are programmed in distinct 12 week cycles, with linear progression towards specific training goals and build-up/de-load periods, as opposed to the less linear format of the social media programming. Additionally, the subscription teams come with access to SOFLETE coaches, as well as performance tracking and the ability to interact with the other SOFLETE athletes.

The daily posts aren’t intended to be used as long term programming, since they lack what the Team programming does in terms of progression towards an end goal. The social media workouts are intended to be a sample of our programming.
