How does the Adventure Program work?

The adventure program is a standalone downloadable PDF, and it is a 12 week program with a flexible workout schedule. It is meant for the athlete who is on the road or competing and unable to stick to a very inflexible workout schedule. 

The Selection Prep and BUDS Prep programs are really only meant to be used as preparation immediately preceding entry into either of their respective selection courses. The Selection Prep program specifically is not a fitness program but is designed to get your body used to the body weight movement, strength movements, and miles of rucking that you will see at SFAS or MARSOC A&S. 

Our subscription teams, the Strength Team and Stamina Team are based on continuous improvement and daily workouts with access to coaches. They are the most popular programs, and guys are seeing the best results on those programs. If you go to signup page on each program, you will be able to see a sample week under “SAMPLE”.
